* I have discovered that I hate wrapping handlebar tape. Even thinking about it now just makes me mad and frustrated. lol.
* I was momentarily chased by a little dog while riding my bike around the neighborhood. It was funny. I also saw someone I knew while riding around, that was strange.
* I bought Halloween cards! YAY! HALLOWEEN!
* I watched Treeman cut limbs down. He’s still not finished with the giant tree.
* I watched two episodes of Freaks and Geeks.
* I visited with my cousin Lindsey who is in town this weekend. I see her more now that she’s moved away than I did when she lived here.
* I am eating pop rocks! I love these things!
* I have read past page 200 in the book Kushiel’s Dart. It’s still mostly boring. And there are too many characters.
* I still can’t decide if I should watch Indiana Jones or not. I AM SO CONFLICTED!
* I’m excited about next weekend! Chris and I are going to the Civil War weekend next Saturday at Historic Washington State Park, Arkansas. I will get to see the giant old tree that I love!

Giant Squishable Octopus

It’s HUGE. And it’s cute and it’s…..squishable.

I spent from 9 until 3 outside watching trees being cut down. It was very entertaining! The weather being nice enough to stay outside all day is such an amazing wonderful thing and it makes me HAPPY. This tree is so big they only cut part of it down and will have to come back next weekend to finish it.

That picture was taken when they were finished for the day. It looks like they didn’t do much of anything, but a lot of tree is gone.
