*this is the spot where you can imagine a lot of complaining about the heat*

I’m almost finished with going through all of my stuff and throwing out the stuff I don’t want and making room for the stuff I have so it isn’t just scattered all over the floor. My bedroom is a much nicer place to be right now. I <3 my new blankets. I have a very fuzzy pink one that goes underneath the quilt. It's so staticy that at night when I wiggle around it sparkles. LOL!! Sometimes I wiggle a little bit extra just to watch it. I've put a lot of old high school stuff into boxes and into my closet so now I can put my clothes in my dresser. The only thing that I really have left to do is to put new things on my wall. I only have one useable wall because the rest of my room is book shelves. Pictures on my wall are a requirement for me. I like looking at happy pictures of my favorite people. Maybe next weekend I will be able to get the suit of armor into my bedroom.
I think he will fit in front of one corner of the bookcase.

Chris and I went grocery shopping yesterday and I was convinced he would hate all the food I was picking out. I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT WAS WRONG WITH ME. Even when I was thinking it, I knew that it was crazy. I think the heat was infecting my brain. It was really really funny though. It's even funnier today now that I think about it. Because I would walk through the store getting food and then I would say, "I hope you don't hate this!" And I'd toss it into the buggy. And he would look at me like I had lost my mind. And then I'd try to run off a little bit. But he has very long legs so it didn't really look like i was running off, it just looked like I was walking at normal speed. *facepalm* Obviously, I AM CRAZY.

After a year or so of not being able to send photo messages on my phone, I finally got it fixed! It took about an hour on the phone with the at&t people. Both of the people I talked to were really nice though. So I can send pictures again! YAY! And I set up an account at Pikchur.com so it will post pictures to twitter and facebook and flickr all at the same time. Woo! Very exciting!

And now it is time for scrabble.

This has been the longest week! I am so glad it’s Friday!! Work lasted 10,000 years. I have been sleep deprived since last Thursday and I’ve only just now caught up on sleep so I don’t feel like a zombie. I think there is something wrong with me. If I go one night without sleep life can go from being happy and cheerful to being THE END OF THE WORLD. I become completely unable to function. So I have to be very very careful about my sleeping habits to preserve my sanity. I’m glad I’m finally awake again.

EXCITING NEWS!

#1. ALFRED THE SUIT OF ARMOR that belonged to my grandmother will soon have a home in my bedroom!! My uncle has told me that I could go get him if I had a place for him. I’m reorganizing my bedroom so there will be room for him. So far the reorganization consists only of buying myself a quilt and sheets, lol.

#2. Bowling Shoes! I finally have them! And some for Chris! Soon there will be bowling adventures! But probably not for a week or two. I haven’t been bowling in so long!

#3. Pottery Painting! Last weekend I went and painted a plate by myself. It was fun. I listened to Enya on my ipod and painted and there weren’t many people there so it was nice and quiet. But pottery painting is 100x more fun with other people. Tomorrow Erin, and my mom, and aunt are all going to go. YAY!

Erin and Bill grilled salmon today and it was a happy fun day!! The food was yummy..and pretty! Except for my pie which I bought at the store and was a disasterous mush of pie instead of being pie shaped.

Chris and I taught my mom and aunt how to play wii bowling….and baseball…and golf. They really liked the Wii.

By the time they were done they had decided that someday that they had to go bowl or play putt putt with Chris and then go eat waffles and pancakes.
